Today is rainy and I don’t feel as energized as I normally do. I also ate a meal that was very salty last night -- and slept through taking my progesterone the night before -- so I feel like I have a hangover. LOL.
We are going to our semi-private Yoga class today. I will be taking pics for the website. We actually prefer Yoga over Pilates these days because it really opens up your spine and makes you feel tall. It’s a great feeling.
My program is going well. The difference in Chasteberry is very helpful. The other night was the first time on this program that I forgot to take my progesterone. We traveled all day, built a 10 foot bookcase and then I accidentally fell asleep through the night. I notified my doctor the next day and he got me back on track.
Overall the endurance that I have gained from this program is amazing. I don’t even feel like napping during the day anymore.
I also discovered more useful gluten-free iPhone apps. I am liking the iPad by the way -- even if it doesn’t have a camera. Anyway, I refer to gluten-free apps when we are dining or shopping for food. If anyone has any great ideas for low sugar shakes/smoothies, I would love the recipe.
Have a great day!

We had a crazy last few weeks staging properties and are back on track with the blog. It won’t happen again. Thanks to all who wondered about us. LOL.
We had our follow up meeting with our physician and everything is fine. I will be getting more labs in March to monitor my hormone progress and get additional blood labs for my thyroid. So far my program will remain the same, except I will be taking more Chasteberry for swelling.
We have continued our Yoga and will be adding more classes to our workout schedule.
I have so much energy -- it’s wonderful. We traveled five hours yesterday and then built a ten foot wall unit as soon as we got home. No way could we have done this off BHRT. I love not feeling hazy in the mornings.
